Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 15, 2026 · Last Updated: April 15, 2026
Who We Are
Qubrium, Inc. is a Public Benefit Corporation headquartered in Pleasanton, California. We build decision-grade intelligence for critical infrastructure risk and resilience.
What We Collect
When you submit a briefing request, sign up to stay informed, or reach out through our careers form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company or agency, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL, any message you choose to include, and any resume or CV file you choose to upload. We do not collect any information beyond what you voluntarily submit.
How We Use It
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your interest in working with us, or send you updates about Qubrium's development. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third party outside of Qubrium, Inc. Your information stays with us. The only exception is if we are required to disclose it by law or legal process, in which case we will notify you to the extent permitted.
How We Protect It
All information you submit through Qubrium's website is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. Each field is independently encrypted with a unique initialization vector, ensuring that no plaintext personal data is written to storage at any point. Data in transit is protected by TLS. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized Qubrium personnel only, and our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's globally distributed platform, which provides additional network-layer security controls.
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we have designed our data handling with the same consequence-first philosophy that governs our platform: we treat the protection of your information as a serious obligation, not a compliance checkbox.
Data Storage
Information you submit is stored securely in Qubrium's systems in encrypted form. We retain it only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
